Add one word

I was listening to Jason Womack (in a podcast) today, and to illustrate his point he used his journalling practice as an example.

I’ve kept a journal for a while now, and I’ve blogged about it before.

The interesting twist that Jason Womack adds is to finish with one word that summarises the day that you’ve experienced.  I like the idea of this, so I’m going to give it a whirl for a while.

At a later stage I may even wordle (is that a verb?) the daily words and see if any themes emerge.  I’m not promising to publish the results, but as a ‘starter for ten’ – yesterday was energising.
