How to stop being busy

Busy-ness seems to be the most common affliction in modern life, and we all experience its gravitational pull. What can we do about it?

I’ve written about the allure of busy before, and over the next few days I’ll offer some simple thoughts on this topic.

For today I want to share a thought from Sasha Graffagna

Stop saying “I’m so busy.”

Change your vocabulary, change your mindset. Use your brain to find more descriptive, enlightening ways to describe your current status, and you may find that both your outlook and your reality is altered for the better.
